Introducing Bluebird Creative LLC

There are some things in life where roadblocks seem to be at every turn. Then there are other things in life where the speed limit is faster than you are ready to go. For me, freelance writing has been the latter, which is where Bluebird Creative comes in.

It’s been just over a month since I decided to start a freelance writing business. I have a background in communications and marketing, starting my career as a journalist at a small newspaper where I learned to take photographs and do graphic design in addition to writing the stories to fill the weekly newspaper. Since then, I have worked at a daily newspaper, been editor at a weekly paper, and did communications and marketing work at a university and nonprofit.

I had recently been feeling a creativity void and needed something to fill that emptiness. I looked into freelance writing as a side job. And then I fell in love with the variety of writing and opportunities I was coming across. It became apparent that I needed to meet with an accountant and turn my side job into a legit business with an official name.

I found it extremely stressful to find the perfect name for my business. Initially, I thought about using my name as my business name, but that didn’t seem creative enough. I wanted to showcase my creativity by having the perfect business name. The name Bluebird Creative kept popping into my head. I liked the idea of using an animal in my business name. And I loved the idea of what a bird represents – independence, freedom, strength.

I kept looking up all different types of birds to find the right one to represent my business name. All the while, Bluebird Creative continued to pop in my head. I finally gave in and looked up the symbolism behind a bluebird and was blown away. The bluebird was the perfect animal to represent my business.

Bluebirds represent a future filled with joy and happiness. If you see a bluebird, it symbolizes that you should keep moving forward. And, it is also a sign of prosperity and wealth to come. No wonder this beautiful bird kept popping into my head. Just like the rest of my freelance writing, the start of Bluebird Creative seems to be moving almost faster than I’m ready.

More and more opportunities for work emerge the more I network. Starting my own business feels like the right path for me. And it’s a path that I’m willing to put the hard work into to make it successful. I’m also willing to put in that hard work to make your project or business successful.

I am excited to see where Bluebird Creative will take me. And how I can help you also achieve your own happiness, joy, and prosperity.
